   The Alchemist has heard rumors of strange happenings in the Springlands. A group of Scavengers are abusing the Elixir and conducting cruel and unusual experiments. Seek out their camp and smite them down to unlock an improved tool.

   Craft The Improved Grappling Hook

   Slaying the Scavenger Matron at the Hill of Scavengers unlocked knowledge to craft an Improved Grappling Hook. The improved tool will require less stamina to use. Craft it with the help of the Carpenter.
