Crown Of Lightning

Whenever a storm is brewing, I feel the clouds linger atop that nearby Drak'Dal ruin... a strange phenomenon. It's as if the rain and thunder were pulled there, by magnetism or magic. I always thought lightning never strikes twice, but perhaps I was wrong. Lightning strikes the olden pillars yonder more frequently, it seems. Does that overgrown hovel bear any artifacts worth uncovering? Or does it simply lie amidst a valley, most curious? Who knows, who knows...
