The Albaneve Summits can get very cold. Snowy areas drain your inner fire, making you lose warmth. How fast you're drained depends on your frost resistance. You can increase your frost resistance by eating certain foods, equipping warm armor, or being near fire. When your frost resistance is completely drained, you will suffer from hypothermia. Untreated hypothermia will make you lose health rapidly.
