A mill that can be used to grind materials to a fine powder. This mill <b>only works when there is a force generator</b> nearby. Either windmill sails or a partially submerged water wheel counts as a generator. The <b>force generator</b> doesn't have to be connected to the mill; it <b>can be placed freely nearby.</b>
